Applicants need to explain how the research projects and activities included in the application demonstrate a high level of research activity and national/international profile of the research/project outcomes.
Research activities are activities that result in the creation of new knowledge and/or the use of existing knowledge in a new and creative way so as to generate new concepts, methodologies and understandings.

Yes, it is. We have a short timeframe in which to review the applications and shortlist applicants for interview to ensure we are able to meet the dates we have specified in the Open Call, and to allow sufficient time for the selected Fellows to plan for the start of the Fellowships in November.
