Graphics graduates win gold at the 2020 Pentawards

Ben Chamberlain, Ethan Brown and Ella Flood have won a Gold Pentaward for their Pure juiced water packaging project.

BA (Hons) Graphic Design graduates Ben Chamberlain, Ethan Brown and Ella Flood have won a Gold Pentaward for their collaborative packing project.

The Pentawards is the world’s leading packaging and design competition, awarding creative excellence in packaging design.

It’s a global competition with over 2,000 entries from over 60 countries.

Ben, Ethan and Ella’s concept was for Pure juiced water, aimed at children. The product encourage kids to be creative with spelling using the cans, and doodling around the letters to create characters.

Their project was the only UK student entry to be shortlisted in the Pentawards.

This project was also shown in the Nationwide Degree Show, with Ben, Ethan and Ella featuring as ‘Ones to Watch’ in curated edits by JKR, Design Bridge and Kind Studio.
