Two graduates selected in Portrait of Britain 2019
Graduates Kerry Curl, BA (Hons) Photography, and Emmalouise Smith, MA Moving Image and Sound, have been selected as winners in the Portrait of Britain 2019 exhibition.
Portrait of Britain is an award-winning nationwide photography exhibition that celebrates the rich tapestry of people that make up Great Britain.
From thousands of entries, the images by Kerry Curl and Emmalouise Smith form a collection of 100 winning photographs to be showcased across the UK in September, on JCDecaux’s digital screens. Norwich University of the Arts photography lecturer Sophie Lachowycz was also selected, for her image depicting British politician Liz Truss. The photos will also be featured in the Portrait of Britain Book Vol.2.
