Year one student wins Canon prize

Kirstie Thornton, a Year One BA (Hons) Photography student, has been announced as the 2015 winner of Canon’s Shoot the Show competition. Students entering the competition received a pre-show briefing from the Canon team before capturing catwalk action from the photographer’s pit – the same used by the world’s press throughout London Fashion Week. Kirstie joins NUA alumna Charlotte Simpson (2012), amongst the list of winners. Her prize includes elite Canon equipment and a pass to London Fashion Week 2016.
