Angela Beckett

Angela Beckett became Pro Vice-Chancellor (Student Experience) and Academic Registrar at NUA in December 2021 having been Academic Registrar since 2008.  She previously worked at the University of East Anglia, University for the Creative Arts (as University College for the Creative Arts) and the University of Southampton.

Angela is responsible for the support and administrative services available for students from their first point of contract with the university until after graduation.  This includes Student Recruitment and Admissions, work with Schools, Marketing, Communications, the International Office, Academic Registry, Quality Management and Enhancement and Student Support.  She also looks after areas of compliance which include CMA, Data Protection, Tier 4, Prevent and Safeguarding.
