The first UCAS deadline for accepting your place is the 4 June 2025.
Once you have heard from all the universities that you have applied to, you’ll need to decide which offers to accept. You will be asked to make a first (firm) choice – this is the university you really want to attend.
If you’ve received conditional offers, you will also have an insurance choice, in case you don’t meet the requirements of your firm choice.
You can accept your offer by going to UCAS, although you’ll only be able to do this after you’ve received decisions from all of the universities that you applied to.
Whether your offer is conditional or unconditional, don’t forget that you’re guaranteed University-managed accommodation if you make us your firm choice and apply for accommodation before 1 September. We have a great range of accommodation – the sooner you firm your choice, the more options you’ll have.
Sign into UCAS Track to view the decision and see if you’ve been accepted
When you collect your results, have your UCAS Personal ID to hand as well as the contact details for your firm choice University. Your UCAS application should be updated in the morning, and you will be able to see if you have been placed or not. Even if you don’t quite get the results you were expecting, you may still be offered a place, so try not panic
If no decisions are showing, give us a call and we’ll be able to give you more information.
If you haven’t been successful in getting a place, then don’t panic – thousands of students go through Clearing every year and they find courses which they are passionate about at universities they love.
There are three different ways to submit your portfolio depending on the course you’ve applied for.
