Equality, diversity, and inclusion

We believe that equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is integral to a successful place of work and study.

As a result of this, students and staff come from across the globe to study and work at Norwich, bringing with them an incredible diversity of viewpoints, beliefs, attitudes and approaches which enrich both the University and the city.

Equality and Diversity

Norwich University of the Arts is committed to valuing diversity and promoting equality. If you require documents in a different format please contact the Human Resources Department on 01603 756243 or email humanresources@norwichuni.ac.uk.

The University’s Access and Participation Plan sets out our commitment to ensuring — through outreach work, financial and other kinds of student support — fair access for students from underrepresented backgrounds.
