In my professional practice, I am a children’s book illustrator and print designer, currently working with BeWILDerwood and other textile clients in children’s and women’s print. I have illustrated two published BeWILDerwood titles — Minty and the Big Stink and Minty and the Four Feathers — developing character design, storyboarding, page layout, and final artwork. Additional books in the BeWILDerwood series are currently in development. Other titles include Roar Like a Lion: How Animals Can Help You Be Your Best Self by Carlie Sorosiak. My illustration style is playful, expressive, and emotionally engaging, designed to capture young readers’ imaginations.
As a freelance creative, I have collaborated with a wide range of clients across diverse projects, including print and product design, children’s book illustration, greeting cards, concept art for board games, and running my own Gift & Print Shop. Notable clients include Boden, David Fickling Books, Jellycat, White Stuff, Talking Tables, JoJo Maman Bébé, Grant Barnett, Bombay Sprout, Sincerely Louise, and many more.
In addition to my industry practice, I teach BA and MA Illustration courses, supporting students in developing their visual language, creative thinking, and professional practice. My teaching emphasises experimentation, storytelling, and preparing students for successful careers as illustrators, designers, and creative professionals.
