How much can you borrow?

Each year, the University determines the cost of your education, called Cost of Attendance (COA). The COA includes tuition fees and your average outgoings (course costs, housing, travel, and other expenses).
Students can apply up to the full value of their Cost of Attendance (COA) to finance their studies with us. Please bear in mind that the COA may change based on your circumstances (type of borrower you are, your level of studies, scholarships, etc).

We will inform you of the maximum amount you can borrow in your Funding Notification Letter. You do not need to borrow the full amount, and must only borrow according to your need.

What currency is it paid in?

The annual cost of attendance is converted to USD using an exchange rate. It is important to note that you will receive your disbursement amount based on the current exchange rate at the time of disbursement. However, you can have the option to receive your loan in either pounds or US dollars.

How to budget for your course?

We understand it could be difficult to manage your finances as an international student in a new city. Discover practical tips from one of our American students, in Mila Tsvetanova’s blog.

Do you complete 1098T forms?

Norwich University of the Arts does not currently complete 1098T tax forms for its students.
