Workshop description
This workshop is for creatives seeking to create characters for animation through prompts and character design techniques.
You will be given a character to design and be taught tips and tricks as to how you may wish to go about doing it!

Lawrence Bignell is an animator and illustrator. Lawrence studied BA (Hons) Animation at Norwich University of the Arts and graduated in 2010.
What materials do I need?
- Paper
- Pencils/pens or,
- Use a digital tablet and drawing app of your choice
- Suggested free drawing apps;
- Krita (Windows, Mac, Linux)
- Ibis Paint X (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Sketchbook (iOS, Android)
We aim for the required workshop materials to be accessible to all, with consideration given to those who wish to join digitally or with practical materials.
