Success for graduates at Royal Television Society East Awards
Norwich University of the Arts is pleased to announce that BA (Hons) Animation and BA (Hons) Film and Moving Image Production graduates took home 6 of the 8 awards at this year’s East Student Awards.
The RTS East Student Awards celebrates the best students, projects and leaders in their craft across the region in a wide range of categories.
BA (Hons) Film and Moving Image Production took home five awards- Best Short Film for graduates Dhara Wright, Vishal Dhariwal and Kian Bradshaw, Best Factual for graduates Luke Syder, Rugile Rozenaite and Sam Lloyd, Best Scriptwriting for graduate Ben Sempey, Best Camera for graduate Nadine Gault and Best Editing for graduate Danny McMahon.
A Frayed by BA (Hons) Animation graduate Thomas Hallett also won this year’s Best Sound category.
“This was a cohort whose work was significantly impacted by a new lockdown in Jan 21, and yet this did not stop them from making an excellent portfolio of creative production.”
