Course Administration
We can help with your Timetable, Council Tax Exemption, Student Status Letters and general advice and guidance about your course. -
Appeals
If you want to ask us to formally review a decision we have made about you, you can make an appeal. -
Intermission
Intermission is a temporary pause from your studies for a period of time. You might apply for it due to personal circumstances or other factors that make it best to pause your course. -
Extenuating Circumstances
Sometimes, unexpected situations can affect your ability to attend or complete assessments on time. When these are beyond your control or couldn’t have been reasonably predicted, they’re called extenuating circumstances. -
Resolving a Complaint
We make every effort to provide appropriate facilities and services to you, but we know that there might be times when you want to make a complaint to us. We're committed to resolving complaints and concerns, and supporting you through the process. -

Bringing Visitors Onto Site
