Carmen Tyrrell, Project Manager for MbG Global at Quadmark, studied BA (Hons) Fine Art at Norwich University of the Arts and graduated in 2021.

What materials do I need?

• A copy of the Empowerment Toolkit PDF (a copy of this will also be shared during the workshop)
• Notebook and pen (if you can’t access the online document)
• Post-it notes (optional)

We aim for the required workshop materials to be accessible to all, with consideration given to those who wish to join digitally or with practical materials.
