Alumni Spotlight: Ryan Ringer-Duffy
Ryan Ringer-Duffy is a graduate from BA (Hons) Games Art and Design and MA Games at Norwich University of the Arts.
He now works for Infinite Form as a 3D Artist and Web AR specialist, and here he tells us about his journey from training as a plumber to working for an immersive technology production studio.
“The course gave me the opportunity to have creative exchanges with both students and lecturers, which allowed me to always better my work.”
Infinite Form is a Norwich-based creative production studio producing mixed reality video content for leading brands from across the world. Infinite Form specialise in Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality and 360 video experiences, and has worked on several collaborative projects with Norwich students, particularly with Level 5 Diploma in Creative Computing.
Ryan explains that he “chose Norwich because the Games course had been industry accredited, and was an award-winning course which really drew me, because that meant I’d have the opportunity to be taught by lecturers who are the best in their field. The course gave me the opportunity to have creative exchanges with both students and lecturers, which allowed me to always better my work.”
