NUA students claim joint first in Design Bridge prize
Timothy Wood and Amber Young have been awarded the joint top prize in the Design Bridge Dog’s Bollocks Student Awards 2015. The competition brief was to redesign a famous brand in a breakthrough way and received over 170 entries from students nationwide. Timothy’s Kingsmill submission was described as “very strong conceptual thinking…we were particularly impressed that the execution was so good.” Amber’s Ferrero Rocher redesign was praised as “a brilliant reminder of something that everybody has forgotten – the idea behind the product itself.” A third student from NUA, Harriet Neild, also made the finalist shortlist with her entry for Propercorn.
