Most students live within a short distance of our campus – choosing to cycle or walk to the university, keeping travel costs low and avoiding the need to commute.

Student accommodation for any budget

You will feel at home and well-catered for whatever your budget – from Norwich’s high-specification halls of residence at All Saints Green in the heart of Norwich to Beechcroft just a short bus ride away. Our new campus accommodation, Duke Street Riverside, launched in September 2021 

Students are also able to select Benedict’s Gate, in the Norwich Lanes, or the independently managed Crown Place.

In all university-managed accommodation, Norwich University of the Arts is fully compliant with the Universities UK/Guild HE Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing.

Who can apply for accommodation?

New undergraduate students that hold a conditional or unconditional firm offer to study with us will have an opportunity to apply.

How and when to apply

You can register for our student accommodation through our exclusive portal when you confirm acceptance at Norwich. You will be emailed a link to the portal once you have accepted your place.
