Courses
Norwich University of the Arts offers three year undergraduate BA and BSc courses and one year postgraduate MA courses in a range of creative subjects. There are also four year undergraduate degree courses available in select subjects.

There are some distinct differences between UK universities and US colleges, so we’ve put together a guide to help you.
Applying
You can apply for undergraduate courses online via UCAS and in some cases the University will accept direct undergraduate applications.
For MA courses you can apply directly to Norwich; please contact the International Office for all direct application forms.
Norwich University will accept applications up to 5 weeks before the start of term. Courses commence in September only.
After applying
After completing the application, candidates from the U.S. must submit a digital portfolio of creative work. Candidates are supplied step by step guidance throughout the process.

Undergraduate academic requirements
Integrated Foundation Year
Most undergraduate degrees at Norwich offer an Integrated Foundation Year (four year degree) option. Find out more about Year 0.
The Integrated Foundation Year option has lower academic requirements to the typical three year degrees. If you would like to discuss the entry requirements for Year 0 entry please contact the International Office.

Postgraduate academic requirements
BA (Hons) or BSc Degree with a final GPA of 3 or higher (equivalent to a UK 2:1) in a subject related to your proposed course of study. Contact the International Office to discuss your qualification in more detail.

US Federal Aid
United States citizens or permanent residents who have accepted a place at Norwich can apply for funds through the U.S. Federal Student Loan Scheme.

Students can choose to live in Norwich student accommodation or the private sector for their first year. Norwich offers single bedrooms in its new dormitory, All Saints Green and Beechcroft. The all-inclusive cost of student accommodation is between £99 – £176 ($130 – $231). There is abundant private housing available from £75 ($98) per week.
As Norwich is a small city, students generally live close enough to campus to walk or cycle. There are good transportation links to the rest of the country, including London, and students are eligible for discounts on all national road and rail networks.
