Norwich University of the Arts up 30 places — the highest climber in the Complete University Guide 2023
Norwich University of the Arts is ranked a top-two UK creative arts university — the highest-ranked specialist creative arts university outside London — in the annual league table of 130 UK higher education institutions, according to the 2023 Complete University Guide.
The latest edition of The Complete University Guide which considers 10 performance indicators including student satisfaction, research quality, and graduate prospects, sees NUA rise 30 places in the main table to 54th out of the 130 universities included.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Simon Ofield-Kerr welcomed the results of the table:
“This is an incredible achievement that recognises improvement in several areas including student satisfaction, student employability, and university research. A rise of 30 places puts us in the top two UK creative arts universities. It is both recognition of the quality of the work of students and staff across our range of courses, and the University’s determination to provide students with the knowledge and expertise they need to thrive in the future.”
The Complete University Guide’s league table reflects 10 performance indicators: entry standards, student satisfaction, research quality, research intensity, graduate prospects (outcomes and on track), student-staff ratio, spending on academic services, spending on student facilities, and degree completion rates. The guide profiles 130 UK higher education institutions.
