Rochester Court

New to Norwich University of the Arts for 2024. Available to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students, Rochester Court has 48 rooms arranged in houses and flats of 4 or 6 sharing a communal kitchen and living room area.

Each bedroom has a bed, a desk, storage, and its own private bathroom. The vast majority of rooms are en suite, with a few where the private bathroom is adjacent to the main bedroom.

Rochester Court also has several studio-style bedrooms that have their own small kitchenette area, as well as full access to the main communal space in the house or flat.

The communal kitchen and living space in each flat includes all the cooking facilities a student would need, as well as a washing machine.

There is secure cycle storage and limited parking available at Rochester Court, with priority given to students with a mobility-related disability.

The building is situated to the west of the city centre, just a short bus or cycle ride away.

Rochester Court is owned and operated by the University and it complies with the Universities UK/Guide HE Code of Practice for the Management of Student Housing.

Weekly Cost: £152-£175 per week

Contract Length: 46 weeks – September to August
