Software

Software available for students

Students at Norwich University of the Arts have free access to a range of licensed specialist software — both at home and on campus.

Adobe Creative Cloud

Adobe Creative Cloud is a collection of professional applications and services used for graphic design, photography, video editing, web development, UX, and social media.

Students just need to login to the suite using their Norwich Uni email and password. You can install Creative Cloud applications on multiple devices, regardless of operating system — however, it can only be active on two at the same time.

AutoDesk Creation Suite

Autodesk is a leader in 3D design, engineering, and entertainment software. The suite includes tools designed to handle tough production challenges; from complex simulations, effects and rendering; to drafting, annotating, and designing 2D geometry and 3D models — with solids, surfaces, and mesh objects.

For more resources and information about digital 3d software, or to contact one of the technicians, check the Digital 3d VLE page.

Students working from a PC on campus can use AutoDesk programs free of charge, which will be automatically activated for you under one of our site licenses. If you are working from home, you can verify that you’re a student on the AutoDesk website to use the software at home.

IT resources at Norwich

Students should migrate their files to personal storage before graduation.

Please note that after students graduate, they do not have free access to their student cloud storage.
