She provides a positive and proactive contribution and presents perceptive demonstrable skills with the ability to operate a range of specialist equipment and follows established practices and techniques to support teaching and research within a high-end specialist studio and support environment.
I worked in the photographic profession for over 18 years prior to my role at Norwich. I produced imagery for design agencies, brands, and publishers, worked on advertising campaigns, editorial stories, lookbooks, catalogue shoots and commercials in Lifestyle, Fashion and Beauty, model and still life.
Following my education specialising in photography I began my freelancing career by assisting and image retouching for recognised photographers. I then developed and built my own successful business as a photographer and later co-found a unique Photographic Production Agency.
My style is detailed and considered, and my imagery is produced to a high standard, recognised by the Association of Photographers when shortlisted for an Open Award. My work has been published in The British Journal of Photography, The Guardian and The Times and clients have included The Olympic Park, Aviva, and Disney and Marvel products for Rubies. My imagery has been purchased by Condé Nast, British Airways Holidays, BBC, and Google.
Throughout my profession I enjoyed working with students from universities and training assistants and now provide a dedicated, guiding, and supportive presence at Norwich to help students develop the necessary skills to achieve their artistic goals within education and beyond.
