My engagement with the graphic design industry ensures that professional working practices influence delivery of the curriculum, whilst still giving academic relevance and challenging the students to produce exciting work and become independent and innovative thinkers. I push the students for originality in order for them to stand out in what is a very competitive sector. Students are engaged in a graphic design programme, which fully prepares them for a career in industry.
I am heavily involved in co-ordination and creative direction live briefs through the Ideas Factory, including the successful launch of a new beer brand – Redwell, through the craft Brewing Company.
