The UK’s leading charity for film in education, ‘Into Film’, tasked final year BA Film and Moving Image Production students to create a series of film resources designed for young and aspiring filmmakers. The films were aimed at enhancing cultural development, accessibility, and learning enjoyment.

The series of content and resources explore the BBC film ‘Bill’, a 2015 comedy about William Shakespeare starring the cast of Horrible Histories and directed by BA Film and Moving Image Production Lecturer Richard Bracewell.

“For us, this project gave us an opportunity to learn from students and get some fantastic resources for educators and young people across the UK to watch, so that they can find out all about how to be a film director.”

Jo Spence, Careers and Filmmaking Manager

The films will be shown in schools and colleges across the UK.
