On Friday 17 August (1.30-2.30pm), East Gallery will hold a round-table discussion event, chaired by In the City exhibition co-curator, Trevor Burgess. The talk will focus on the themes of the exhibition and ask speakers, can painting as a medium register contemporary urban experience? Participating artists: Stephen Carter, Marguerite Horner, Barbara Howey and Lee Maelzer.

Admission free, no need to book and all welcome.
