Extenuating Circumstances Application and related documentation

To submit an application for extenuating circumstances go to ‘Academic Support Office Application Form‘ and choose ‘Make a claim for extenuating circumstances’.

Please remember that in addition to completing the online form, we will ask you to provide evidence in support of your application.
