Our commitment to you

When you do need to seek help from Student Support, we are committed to getting you the right help from the right people and ensuring that all our students have the same opportunities to succeed.

We want you to be able to make the most of your university experience. We provide a range of tailored, useful support services you can rely on from the moment you apply until the moment you graduate.

We also actively try to remove barriers that might otherwise prevent you from fully engaging during your time at Norwich and create opportunities to prevent the causes of poor mental health.
