If you lose or damage your University ID Card or if you wish to change your photo, the replacement fee is £5.

Photo Replacement service

To replace your photograph on your student ID card, email registry@norwichuni.ac.uk with your new picture attached. Please include in the email that you would like to change your student picture and include your full name and student number.

When we have updated your photo, you will get an email confirming this. You can then follow the procedures below to order a new card.

• Under Student Services click > Helpdesk. You can now add a Replacement ID card to your basket.
• Click the Basket icon and Proceed to Checkout.
• You will need to register as a new customer.
• Fill in your details, including your full name and student number.
• Add payment details.

Your card will be available for collection from the main reception in Francis House. You will receive an email when it is ready.

If you order before 12pm you can pick up your card after 3pm same day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be available for collection the next working day.
