Equality, diversity, and inclusion

We believe that equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI) is integral to a successful place of work and study.

As a result of this, students and staff come from across the globe to study and work at Norwich, bringing with them an incredible diversity of viewpoints, beliefs, attitudes and approaches which enrich both the University and the city.

Equality and Diversity

Norwich University of the Arts is committed to valuing diversity and promoting equality. If you require documents in a different format please contact the Human Resources Department on 01603 756243 or email humanresources@norwichuni.ac.uk.

Access & Participation Plans

The University’s Access & Participation Plan (called the Access Agreement up to and including 2018-19) sets out our commitments to ensure fair access and student success for students from under-represented backgrounds, through outreach work, financial and other kinds of student support.

The Access & Participation Plan and Access Agreements from the past few years are included below. The agreement that applies to a particular student will be the one for the year in which they first entered Norwich University of the Arts. For instance, students who entered the University in 2017/18 should refer to the 2017/18 Access Agreement.
