Resolving a Complaint

We make every effort to provide appropriate facilities and services to you, but we know that there might be times when you want to make a complaint to us. We’re committed to resolving complaints and concerns, and if you make a complaint, we’ll support you through the process.

Section K of the 2024-25 Student Regulations and Procedures, which you can find below, describes our complaints process.

You can make a complaint at OurNorwichUni by clicking on ‘Academic Support Office Application Form’ and choosing ‘Make a complaint’.

If you are a member of the public and you want to complain to us about something else, you can address your complaint to the Academic Support Office in the first instance. The Academic Support Office will then take advice about who would be most appropriate to consider and respond to your complaint
