Emma, who lectures on BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing and Business, launched her Norwich-based brand Little Hotdog Watson after a stressful family holiday.

“My baby was hot and constantly pulling off a hat that looked like it belonged in a long-ago era full of pink for girls and blue for boys,” said Emma.

In her previous role, Emma worked as a menswear buyer. She used her product knowledge and experience to design a functional, fun hat for children.

Emma is currently preparing to launch her brand in the childrenswear department at Selfridges.
